How to Turn Overwhelm into Order
Imagine you have a dream to hike the Appalachian Trail. It’s over 2000 miles of mountainous terrain and changing altitudes.
Some people will dream about this trip their entire lives, but never go. The very thought of hiking over 2000 miles seems unimaginable or unrealistic, and so they push the dream aside forever.

Freezing in Minnesota!
I’ve been in Minnesota for a few weeks to celebrate the holidays with my family. Even though I’m from here I have a hard time with the cold weather. I thought yesterday was bad at 5 degrees above zero, but today it’s 20 below!
Anyway, there’s a thing we do here when it’s this cold – throw boiling hot water into the freezing cold air. It may sound strange, but it’s actually quite fun. My parents and I video recorded our experiment, but it didn’t go quite as we planned. Watch and see!
